 Demarcus Fields is a purpose-driven leader, entrepreneur, and workforce development champion whose mission lies at the intersection of ministry and the marketplace. Guided by a deep commitment to hope, service, and transformation, he is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to rise—spiritually, economically, and socially. 

He currently serves as Youth Coordinator at Ben Hill United Methodist Church, where he is passionate about nurturing young people to become spiritually grounded and socially conscious leaders. 

With a strong background in workforce development, Demarcus has helped countless individuals overcome employment barriers and pursue meaningful, purpose-filled careers—believing that dignified work is a pathway to justice and empowerment. 

As a values-driven entrepreneur, he leads service-based ventures marked by excellence, compassion, and community impact. He also serves as Executive Vice President of the Board for Up-Giving Village, a nonprofit dedicated to holistic community care in Douglasville, Georgia. 

A proud graduate of Morehouse College, Demarcus embodies the legacy of servant leadership. Whether preaching from the pulpit, mentoring youth, or creating opportunities for others, he leads with unwavering faith, integrity, and a heart for God’s people. 

Most recently, Demarcus was honored by By Faith Magazine as a 2025 Kwanzaa honoree for the principle of Imani (Faith)—recognized for his unwavering commitment to living and leading with deep spiritual conviction. 

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Demarcus is the youngest child of Christopher and Sara Fields. Shaped by the rhythm, resilience, and rich cultural heritage of his hometown, he draws creative energy from his love of writing and recording music, as well as listening to music that feeds the soul. Outside of his ministry and professional work, he enjoys playing basketball and golf, reading, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. These passions keep him grounded, inspired, and continually connected to his purpose. 

Across every facet of his life and leadership, Demarcus remains committed to lifting others, building community, and living a life rooted in faith and purpose.
