The Nominations and Leadership Development Committee (NLDC) asks you to:
- Pray for guidance
- Review open positions listed in this brochure
- Complete required online spiritual gifts inventory below
- Complete & Return the Interest Form by August 30, 2020.
Persons considered for leadership should:
- Openly profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Attend worship consistently
- Tithe or give consistently
- Willingly commit the time required to develop and implement Ben Hill’s ministry goals and Vision
- Attend Bible Study, Prayer Ministry, or Sunday School
- Demonstrate a spirit of humility
- Desire to partner with other leaders
- Develop other leaders
- Know and develop their spiritual gifts to facilitate the ministry they are called to serve

2021 Open Position Descriptions
Vision Area Ministries Chairperson
- Liaison between the Associate Pastor for the Vision Area and the Work Area Chairperson
- Attend monthly meetings of the ministries in your are
- Submit monthly ministry reports to Church Council
Work Area Chairpersons
- Report to Vision Area Chairperson
- Develop ways to move the ministry to the community
- Establish activities for the ministry
- Prepare annual budget for the ministry
- Submit monthly reports to the Vision Chair
